1.		The data used for late holidays and charter flights is supplied by Comtec (Europe), and ticket sales for these items are handled by Holiday Express (UK) Ltd. (ABTA No. E8585, IATA No. 91214826) who are acting as retail agents for ATOL holders.Other travel products are held under the protection of OTC bonding. Where products are held under OTC's ABTA and ATOL protection this is indicated in the travel details. Bonding is held by Travelcoast Ltd, a subsidiary company of OTC.
2.		Travelcoast is a member of both the Retail and the Tour Operators sections of the Association of British Travel Agents. The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority, and where we act as agents for licensed tour operators the relevant ATOL number is displayed with each holiday shown. The flight bookings we make are also ATOL Protected, except when tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where your payment is made direct to airlines. Where an air holiday or flight does not state that we are acting as an agent, we are acting in our own capacity as an ATOL holder.
